Declaration date, transport type, both company names and addresses, origin and destination country, HS code, product description, quantity, unit, unit value, total value, Incoterms, payment method and exchange rate. Not every field is populated on every declaration — that depends on what was filed.

Shipment-level. One row per declaration, unaggregated — so any total you need is one you can compute and verify yourself rather than take on trust.

Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, sent directly to you. There is no portal to log into and no per-seat licence — once you have the file it is yours to use and share inside your company.

Records come from third-party sources and may contain errors, delays or omissions, and information can change with regulatory updates. We check what we can, drop what is incomplete, and say plainly that anything business-critical should be verified independently before you act on it.
